摘要
抗日战争时期,受战乱频仍、基础薄弱、物资匮乏等因素的影响,晋绥边区工业经济发展面临着巨大的困难。边区政府制定了一系列工业政策法规,鼓励发展多种经营模式,筹措经费,完善劳动生产保护机制并广泛开展工业生产运动,多措并举推进工业经济建设,使边区的军工业、采矿业、纺织业等都获得了长足的发展。在边区政府的正确领导下,边区工业经济的恢复和发展保障了军需物资及基础产品的供应,有力地支撑了战争需要,为抗战胜利做出了重要贡献。
During the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,the development of industrial economy in the Jin-Sui Border Area faced enormous difficulties due to factors such as frequent wars,weak foundations,and material shortages.The government of Jin-Sui Border Area formulated a series of industrial policies and regulations,encouraged the development of various business models,raised funds,improved labor protection mechanisms,and widely carried out industrial production campaigns.Multiple measures have been taken to promote the construction of industrial economy,resulting in significant development of the military in-dustry,mining industry,textile industry,and other industries in the Jin-Sui Border Area.Under the correct leadership,the re-covery and development of the industrial economy in the Jin-Sui Border Area ensured the supply of military supplies and basic products,effectively supported the needs of the war,and made important contributions to the victory of the War of Resistance a-gainst Japanese Aggression.
