摘要
目的 比较非放射肿瘤科专业与放射肿瘤科专业住院医师在肿瘤科轮转前后对癌症知识、癌症心理、癌症教育等方面认识的差异。方法 对2022年5月至2022年12月在肿瘤科轮转的放射肿瘤专业、非放射肿瘤专业住院医师就癌症认知的5个维度27个条目进行问卷调查。结果 非放射肿瘤专业住院医师与入科前比较,大多数调查内容得分提高,其中“认为肿瘤专业是一个令人沮丧的专业”的得分差异有统计学意义(P=0.021),5个维度的得分均有升高,“临床医生在癌症诊断治疗中的作用”和“癌症治疗” 2个维度得分提高差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与非放射肿瘤专业相比,放射肿瘤科专业住院医师关于肿瘤认知、态度条目得分更高,其中“癌症患者也有可能长期生存”得分差别有统计学意义(P=0.021)。结论 非放射肿瘤专业住院医师经过肿瘤科轮转,对癌症的认识有很大的改观,对肿瘤科医师在肿瘤诊治过程中的作用有更深刻了解,对癌症相关心理社会因素的认识也有提高。
Objective To compare how much residents know about cancer knowledge,cancer psychology,and cancer education between non-radiation and radiation oncology residents before and after their rotation in the oncology department.Methods The non-radiation and radiation oncology residents who took rotation in the oncology department were surveyed with a questionnaire composed of 27 items on five dimensions of cancer knowledge from May 2022 to December 2022.Results Non-radiation oncology residents had higher scores on most items after their rotation in the oncology department,with a statistically significant difference in the score for"finding oncology to be a frustrating medical field"(P=0.021).Besides,their scores on all five dimensions were increased,with a statistically significant difference in the scores for"the role of clinicians in the cancer diagnosis and treatment"and"cancer treatment"(P<0.05).Compared with non-radiation oncology residents,radiation oncology residents had higher scores on the items of tumor knowledge and attitudes,with a statistically significant difference in the score that"long-term survival is possible for cancer patients"(P=0.021).Conclusions Non-radiation oncology residents can develop a better understanding of cancer,the oncologists'role in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer,and the cancer-related psychosocial factors after the rotation.
