摘要 我国现阶段开采的煤层以低透气性煤层为主,煤层瓦斯抽采效果普遍较差。为探索解决低渗透煤层瓦斯抽采效率低这一难题,在林华煤矿低渗透、高瓦斯含量的9#煤层原始区域开展了可控冲击波煤层增透试验,试验结果证明:经可控冲击波增透后,瓦斯抽采钻孔的平均抽采纯量和抽采浓度分提升了1.08倍和9.64倍,煤层瓦斯含量由11.15 m^(3)/t降至5.31 m^(3)/t以下,可控冲击波增透技术能够大幅提升煤层瓦斯抽采效率,可以有效解决高瓦斯含量、低透气煤层的瓦斯治理问题,为瓦斯治理提供新的技术支撑。 At present,the coal seams exploited in China are mainly low permeability coal seams,and the effect of coal seam gas drainage is generally poor.In order to solve the problem of low gas extraction efficiency in low permeability coal seams,the permeability enhancement test of controlled shock wave coal seam was carried out in the original area of No.9 coal seam with low permeability and high gas content in Linhua coal mine.The test results show that after the controlled shock wave penetration enhancement,the average net amount and concentration of gas extraction holes were increased by 1.08 times and 9.64 times,and the gas content in the coal seam could be reduced from 11.15 m^(3)/t to below 5.31 m^(3)/t.The technology of controllable shock wave increasing permeability can greatly improve the efficiency of coal seam gas extraction,effectively solve the problem of gas control in coal seams with high gas content and low permeability,and provide new technical support for gas control.
