石墨烯对激光熔化沉积TC4钛合金组织与力学性能的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Graphene on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Laser Melting Deposited TC4 Titanium Alloy

摘要 以TC4钛合金为基体,研究了添加石墨烯对激光熔化沉积钛合金组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,添加石墨烯使沉积试样晶粒明显细化,激光熔化沉积的石墨烯增强钛基(Ti-Gr)复合材料中石墨烯与Ti基体间形成Ti C界面反应层,这有利于发挥载荷传递作用。Ti-Gr复合材料平均显微硬度、抗拉强度和屈服强度分别达到434 HV、1249MPa和1225 MPa,较相同条件沉积的钛合金有明显提高。 Taking TC4 titanium alloy as the matrix,the effect of adding graphene on the microstructure and mechanical properties of laser melting deposited titanium alloy was studied.The results indicate that the addition of graphene significantly refines the grain of the deposited samples.TiC interface reaction layer is formed between the graphene and Ti matrix in the laser melting deposited Ti-Gr composite material,which is beneficial to exert the effect of load transfer.The average microhardness,tensile strength and yield strength of Ti-Gr composites are 434 HV,1249 MPa and 1225 MPa,respectively,which are significantly improved compared to that of titanium alloy deposited under the same conditions.
