摘要
8205综采工作面采用切顶留巷方式降低巷道掘进工程量、提升煤炭采收率,同时采用Y型通风解决回风隅角瓦斯集聚问题。受进回风端压差以及留巷段巷道漏风裂隙发育影响,采空区漏风量较大,导致8205综采工作面采空区遗煤存在自燃发火问题。为此,提出以减少采空区漏风(采面上下端头封堵、留巷段喷浆等)、破坏遗煤自燃发火条件(多点注氮、喷洒阻化剂以及灌浆等)以及强化监测为核心的综合防灭灭火技术措施,并进行工业应用。结果表明,8205综采工作面回采期间采空区遗煤未有自燃发火征兆,采用的防灭火技术措施取得较好效果,确保了煤炭回采安全。
The 8205 fully mechanized mining face adopts the method of cutting the roof and retaining the roadway to reduce the excavation amount of the roadway and improve the coal recovery rate.At the same time,Y-shaped ventilation is used to solve the problem of gas accumulation in the return air corner.Due to the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet air and the development of air leakage cracks in the remaining roadway section,there is a large amount of air leakage in the goaf,leading to the problem of spontaneous combustion of the remaining coal in the goaf of 8205 fully mechanized mining face.To this end,comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technical measures are proposed with the core of reducing air leakage in the goaf(sealing the upper and lower ends of the mining face,spraying slurry in the left roadway section,etc.),destroying the conditions for spontaneous combustion of residual coal(multi point nitrogen injection,spraying inhibitor and grouting,etc.),and strengthening monitoring,and are applied in industry.The results show that there is no sign of spontaneous combustion of the remaining coal in the goaf during the mining period of 8205 fully mechanized mining face.The fire prevention and extinguishing technical measures adopted have achieved good results,ensuring the safety of coal mining.
