摘要
目的探究对治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者应用简易康复治疗技术后对其肢体运动功能的影响。方法此次试验选取宜兴市肿瘤医院在2018年1月-2020年12月收治的60例脑卒中偏瘫患者,并将其作为数据分析对象,分组时以数字随机方法进行,分为对照组和观察组,每组各有30例。对照组实施常规康复治疗,观察组实施常规加简易康复治疗技术,比较两组肢体运动功能、依从性以及知识知晓率。结果对比两组肢体运动功能,观察组步行能力(3.91±0.32)分、下肢运功能力(27.99±2.51)分、日常生活运动能力(48.77±4.35)分均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。对比两组依从性以及知识知晓率,观察组分别为93.33%、96.67%,均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者时,采用简易康复治疗技术,尤其是神经肌肉本体促进技术(PNF),能够改善患者的肢体运动功能,提升其依从性以及知识知晓率,在临床治疗方案中值得大范围推广与实施。
Objective To explore the impact of simple rehabilitation treatment techniques on limb motor function in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Method In this experiment,60 stroke hemiplegic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as data analysis subjects.They were randomly divided into control and observation groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment,while the observation group received routine and simple rehabilitation treatment techniques.The limb motor function,compliance,and knowledge awareness rates of the two groups were compared.Result The comparison of limb motor function between the two groups showed that the observation group had significantly higher walking ability(3.91±0.32)scores,lower limb motor ability(27.99±2.51)scores,and daily life motor ability(48.77±4.35)scores than the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The compliance and knowledge awareness rates between the two groups were compared,with the observation group being 93.33%and 96.67%respectively,which were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion When treating stroke patients with hemiplegia,simple rehabilitation treatment techniques,especially neuromuscular proprioceptive therapy(PNF),can improve limb motor function,enhance compliance,and knowledge awareness.It is worth promoting and implementing on a large scale in clinical treatment plans.
