摘要
本文从预制舱技术、集成技术及智能运维技术三个方面综述预制舱式模块化变电站(简称预制舱式变电站)的关键技术现状,主要包括:①探讨预制舱主体结构荷载分析技术,研究舱体各部件材料选择方法,讨论目前舱体的防腐技术和保温隔热技术;②综述预制舱式变电站电气设备预装范围和方法、现场基础技术及舱体现场拼接技术;③分析当前变电站智能运维技术在预制舱式变电站中的应用,提出预制舱式变电站智能运维构想。最后,展望新技术、新材料在预制舱式变电站中的应用,如建筑信息模型(BIM)和数字孪生技术在整站全生命周期中的应用,以及“太空衣”等新材料在预制舱保温隔热中的应用等。
The key technical status of prefabricated cabin substations is summarized from three aspects:prefabricated cabin technology,integrated technology and comprehensive monitoring technology.Load analysis technology on the prefabricated cabin main structure is investigated,selection method of material for each part of the cabin is studied,and the anti-corrosion and thermal insulation technology of the cabin is reviewed.The preinstalled range and method of electrical equipment,foundation technology and cabin splicing technology on site is summarized.The application of substation auxiliary integrated monitoring platform etc.in prefabricated cabin substation is analyzed.Finally,the application of new technologies in prefabricated cabin substations is prospected,such as the application of building information modeling(BIM)and digital twin technology in the entire life cycle of the whole station,as well as the application of new materials such as“space suit”in the thermal insulation of prefabricated cabins.
