摘要
为减少炼油厂加工原油性质波动、降低对某些原油品种的过度依赖,采用先进计算方法,在原油评价数据库和原油近红外光谱数据库基础上,通过原油品种和数量的优化配伍,开发了以稳定原油为主要目标的配方原油技术;针对某炼油厂加工原油的性质和特点,以该炼油厂加工的卡宾达原油作为目标原油,进行了配方原油的配方设计及筛选,并对目标原油和选定配方原油进行了两次加工试验及标定。结果表明:两种配方原油与目标原油的相似度均超过90%,加工时各侧线馏分收率和馏分油性质也相近,说明配方原油完全满足装置对加工原油性质稳定的要求,且加工配方原油比目标原油具有更好的经济效益。
In order to reduce the fluctuation of crude oil properties and the over-dependence on certain kind of profitable crude oil,based on the database of crude oil evaluation and crude oil near-infrared spectroscopy,the formulated crude oil technology with the main goal of stabilizing properties of processed crude oil was developed by using advanced calculation methods.Based on the properties and characteristics of crude oil processed by a certain refinery,the formulated crude oil blending recipes were designed and selected with the processed Cabinda crude oil as the target crude oil.Thus the target crude oil and two kinds of formulated crude oils were processed and sampled to evaluate.The results showed that the similarity between two kinds of formulated crude oil and the target crude oil was more than 90%,and the yields and properties of side-line fractions were similar.The formulated crude oil not only could meet the processing requirements of the crude oil distillation unit,but also had better profit than the target crude oil.
