摘要
肝癌的血管侵犯及播散转移,是导致其疾病进展迅速、转移率高、手术切除率低和术后复发率高及预后差的重要因素。研究肝癌的血管生成及转移的机制尤为重要。肝癌组织中存在一种血管内皮细胞包裹肿瘤簇的独特结构。该结构与肿瘤直径、微血管侵犯呈正相关,并且与多种分子的表达密切相关,是患者不良预后影响因素之一。本文对肝癌内皮细胞包裹肿瘤簇的相关分子机制、临床特点、影像学特征及靶向免疫治疗进展进行综述。
The vascular invasion,dissemination and metastasis of liver cancer are important factors that lead to rapid disease progression,high metastasis rate,low surgical resection rate,high postoperative recurrence rate,and poor prognosis.It is particularly important to study the mechanisms of angiogenesis and metastasis of liver cancer.There is a unique structure in liver cancer tissue of tumor clusters encapsulated by vascular endothelial cells,which is positively correlated with tumor diameter,and microvascular invasion,and closely correlated with the expression of various molecules,making it one of the poor prognostic factors for patients.This article reviews the molecular mechanisms,clinical characteristics,imaging features,and progress in targeted immunotherapy of tumor clusters encapsulated by liver cancer endothelial cells.
