益生菌联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效及对退黄时间的影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析益生菌联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床疗效及对退黄时间的影响。方法100例高胆红素血症新生儿,依据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组给予蓝光照射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加益生菌治疗。比较两组退黄时间、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后胆红素[总胆红素(TBIL)、间接胆红素(IBIL)]水平。结果观察组退黄时间(3.21±1.21)d短于对照组的(4.52±1.91)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组TBIL、IBIL水平均低于本组治疗前,且观察组TBIL(156.73±19.25)μmol/L、IBIL(70.03±20.15)μmol/L均低于对照组的(196.32±20.13)、(108.23±24.25)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率96.00%高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蓝光照射联合益生菌对于新生儿高胆红素血症的治疗效果确切,可更好的促进病情改善,退黄作用明显,有利于胆红素水平的控制。 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of probiotics combined with blue light irradiation on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and its influence on time of jaundice regression.Methods A total of 100 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with blue light irradiation,and the observation group was treated with probiotics on the basis of the control group.The time of jaundice regression,therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions and the level of total bilirubin(TBIL)and indirect bilirubin(IBIL)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The time of jaundice regression of the observation group was(3.21±1.21)d,which was shorter than that of(4.52±1.91)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TBIL and IBIL levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;TBIL of(156.73±19.25)μmol/L and IBIL of(70.03±20.15)μmol/L in the observation group were lower than those of(196.32±20.13)and(108.23±24.25)μmol/L in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than that of 76.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of blue light irradiation and probiotics has a definite therapeutic effect on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,and can better promote the improvement of the condition.which is conducive to the control of the level of bilirubin.
