摘要
目的 探究急性呼吸窘迫综合征护理中,以ICU护理风险干预为方案的价值。方法 选取2021年1-12月本院ICU收治的急性呼吸窘迫综合征就诊患者,按随机数字表法分为参照组和实验组,每组各25例。参照组采用常规护理,实验组采用ICU护理风险干预,对比两组护理效果。结果 护理后,试验组护理风险事件发生率、血气指标、睡眠质量、心理状态、护理舒适度评分等,均较参照组优异(P<0.05)。结论 ICU护理风险干预方案的实施,对降低急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者护理风险事件发生率作用显著,并且还可缓解患者不良情绪,改善其血气指标,提高其护理舒适度。
Objective To explore value of ICU nursing risk intervention as schem in nursing of acute respiratory distress syndrome.Methods The paper chose patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome in ICU department from January 2021 to December 2021 with random number table method.25 cases in reference group was treated with routine nursing,25 cases in experimental group with ICU nursing risk intervention.Nursing effect of each group was detected.Results After nursing,incidence of nursing risk events,blood gas indicators,sleep quality,psychological state and nursing comfort scores in experimental group were all better than control group,with P<0.05.Conclusion ICU nursing risk intervention program can achieve significant effect on reducing incidence of nursing risk events of patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome and alleviate negative emotions,improve nursing quality and enhance nursing comfort.
