摘要
目的 探讨病区药房中药注射剂的使用情况。方法 选择2022年7月1日-2022年12月31日来本院就诊的60例患者进行研究,根据上述患者中药注射剂的使用情况、管理模式分为对照组和实验组,每组各30例。对照组患者未接受管理措施,实验组患者接受管理措施,分析两组中药注射剂的使用情况和不用管理模式下的不合理用药情况、用药后不良反应以及对管理措施的满意程度。结果 实验组患者的溶媒配伍不当、给药浓度不当、给药疗程不当、联合用药不当、不合理发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);实验组患者对管理措施满意率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中药注射剂在病区药房的使用情况基本合理,但不合理用药情况仍有存在。实施相关的管理措施后,中药注射剂使用不合理情况更低,且对患者所造成的副作用更小,可明显提高用药安全性。
Objective To explore application of traditional Chinese medicine injections in ward pharmacies.Methods With research period from July 1,2022 to December 31,2022,the paper chose 60 patients in our hospital for study,and divided them into two groups:control group with 30 cases and experimental group with 30 cases based on management mode.Control group was not treated with management measures,while experimental group with management measures.Application of traditional Chinese medicine injections in ward pharmacy from July 1,2022 to December 31,2022,unreasonable use of medication,adverse reactions after medication and satisfaction degree with management measures was analyzed between two groups.Results In ranking of drug usage,Shuxuening injection is a commonly used drug in ward pharmacy department,followed by Shenkang injection and Compound Sophora flavescens injection.From July 1,2022 to December 31,2022,a total of 10581,7180 and 6680 were used respectively.Comparison of unreasonable drug use showed,experimental group had incidence of 13.33%of improper solvent compatibility,improper drug concentration,improper drug treatment course and no occurrence of combination medication,significantly lower than 50%incidence of unreasonable drug use in control group(P<0.05),difference was statistically significant.There were 2 patients with adverse reactions in experimental group,with an incidence rate of 6.67%.There were 9 patients with adverse reactions in control group,with an incidence rate of 30%.Experimental group had lower incidence,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of experimental group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Application of traditional Chinese medicine injections in ward pharmacies is generally reasonable,but there are still cases of irrational drug use.Based on relevant management measures,unreasonable use of traditional Chinese medicine injections is lower and side effect on patients is less,which can improve safety of medication significantly.
