摘要
目的探讨风险管理在消毒供应外包感染控制中的应用效果。方法2021年1月至12月常州市妇幼保健院对消毒供应外包感染控制采取风险管理,识别风险优先系数(RPN)≥32的风险因素,并逐一进行原因分析,制定针对性控制措施,以2020年1月至12月风险管理前作为对照,比较风险管理前、后的核心指标。结果风险管理前、后的器械送达准点率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);风险管理后的器械发放正确率、包装质量合格率、工作人员感染防控知识完全掌握率、工作人员手部卫生依从率、工作人员手部卫生合格率、医护人员满意率均明显高于风险管理前(P<0.05)。结论风险管理能有效降低消毒供应外包服务中感染风险,实现精准管控,同时将防控关口前移,确保了清洗消毒灭菌质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of risk management in infection control of disinfection supply outsourcing.Methods From January to December 2021,the Changzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital adopted risk management for infection control of disinfection supply outsourcing,identified risk factors with risk priority number(RPN)≥32,the reasons were analyzed one by one,and targeted control measures were formulated;taking the period from January to December 2020 as a control before risk management,the core indicators before and after risk management were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the punctuality rate of instrument delivery before and after risk management(P>0.05);after risk management,the correct rate of instrument distribution,the qualified rate of packaging quality,the complete mastery rate of staff infection prevention and control knowledge,the compliance rate of staff hand hygiene,the qualified rate of staff hand hygiene and the satisfaction rate of medical staff were significantly higher than those before risk management(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk management can effectively reduce the infection risk in disinfection supply outsourcing services,achieve accurate control,and move the prevention and control gate forward to ensure the quality of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization.
