摘要
提出了一种新的蒲公英算法在控制器优化中的应用。首先对蒲公英播种的行为和算法的具体实现流程进行了描述,其次在控制系统的Simulink模型上对PID控制器的三个参数K p、K i和K d进行了优化,并选择ITAE作为错误绩效指标(评估函数),然后将蒲公英算法(DA)与蝙蝠算法(BA)、遗传算法(GA)以及改进的粒子群算法(IPSO)进行对比。通过对比实验可以看出,DA的性能优于所比较的其它算法。同时,在PID优化中,DA在四个算法中表现最好,即性能指标ITAE最低(1.1015)。最后,对蒲公英算法的进一步研究作了展望。
A new dandelion algorithm was proposed in the application of controller optimization.Firstly,it described the behavior of dandelion seeding and the implementation process of the algorithm in the paper.Secondly,three parameters of PID controller K p,K i,and K d were optimized on the Simulink model of the control system,and ITAE was selected as the error performance index(evaluation function).Then,the dandelion algorithm(DA)was compared with the bat algorithm(BA),genetic algorithm(GA),and improved particle swarm optimization algorithm(IPSO).The comparison experiments showed that DA outperforms the other algorithms compared.At the same time,DA performs best among the four algorithms in PID optimization,i.e.,the performance indicator ITAE is the lowest(1.1015).Finally,further research of the dandelion algorithm prospects.
