以猴痘样本为例浅谈传染性样本保藏的安全管理

摘要 猴痘是一种由猴痘病毒感染所致的人兽共患病毒性传染病。猴痘病毒是正痘病毒属的双链DNA病毒,可通过具有传染性的人、受感染的动物以及受污染的物品传播。2022年5月以来,猴痘病毒第一次在中非和西非以外的多个区域广泛传播。WHO于2022年7月宣布猴痘构成“国际关注的突发公共卫生事件”,并在2023年5月11日宣布猴痘疫情不再构成“国际关注的突发公共卫生事件”,说明全球在控制猴痘疫情方面取得了较好的进展。截至2023年6月12日,全球累计报告病例87979例。2022年9月,中国内地首例输入性猴痘病例由重庆市公共卫生医疗救治中心收治,其临床诊疗剩余样本保藏于该中心生物样本库。2023年6月,北京和广州又相继发现4例猴痘病例。当前,猴痘疫情在我国处于零星散发阶段。本文基于猴痘病毒的主要特性,以生物样本库保藏猴痘样本的全流程管理为例,从对操作人员的防护、周围环境的保护和保障储存样本质量等方面,简要分析管理传染性样本的安全要素,为今后保藏猴痘及相关传染性样本提供参考。 Mpox is a zoonotic infectious disease caused by mpox virus(MPXV).Mpox virus is a double-stranded DNA virus of the genus orthopoxvirus that can be spread by infectious people,infected animals,and contaminated objects.For the first time since May 2022,mpox virus has spread widely in multiple regions outside of Central and West Africa.The World Health Organization declared mpox as an"internationally concerning public health emergency"in July 2022.However,on May 11,2023,they announced that the mpox outbreak no longer constitutes an"internationally concerning ongoing public health emergency."This indicates that there has been great progress globally in controlling the mpox outbreak.As of June 12,2023,a total of 87979 cases have been reported worldwide.The first imported mpox case in China's Mainland was admitted to the Chongqing Public Health Medical Center in September,2022,and the remaining samples from the clinical diagnosis and treatment were preserved in the biobank of the center.Four cases of the mpox virus infection have been reported from Beijing and Guangzhou in June 2023,respectively.Currently,the mpox outbreak in our country is in the sporadic transmission phase.Based on the main characteristics of mpox virus,this paper takes the whole-process management of mpox samples stored in biobank as an example,briefly analyzes the safety factors for managing infectious biospecimen from the aspects of the protection of operators,the protection of the surrounding environment and the guarantee of the quality of stored samples,so as to provide reference for future preservation of mpox and related infectious samples.
