清原地区6个红松种源种实特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 为筛选出清原地区红松优良种源,该研究以6个种源红松球果为试材,测定并分析了红松球果、种子和种仁的形态特征。结果表明,不同种源的球果、种子和种仁形态特征差异显著。南山城种源为最优,球果质量、长、宽分别为338.45 g、153.68 cm、9.98 cm,种子单粒质量、长、宽、厚分别为0.95 g、17.52 mm、11.72 mm、0.95 mm,种仁单粒质量、长、宽和厚分别为0.36 g、14.01 mm、7.23 mm和5.41 mm,球果和种子大,种壳薄,空籽率低。红松球果与种子形态指标相关性较强。该研究对清原地区发展红松种子产业具有一定的参考价值。 In order to select the best provenances of Pinus koraiensis in Qingyuan area,the morphological characteristics of cone,seed and kernel of Pinus koraiensis from 6 provenances were determined and analyzed.The results showed that the morphological characteristics of cone,seed and kernel from different provenances were significantly different.Nanshancheng provenance was the best,with the cone weight,length and width of 338.45 g,153.68 cm and 9.98 cm,respectively,and weight,length,width and thickness of single seed were 0.95 g,17.52 mm,11.72 mm and 0.95 mm,respectively.The kernel weight,length,width and thickness were 0.36 g,14.01 mm,7.23 mm and 5.41 mm,respectively.The cone and seed were the largest,the seed shell was the thinnest,and the rate of empty seed was the lowest.There was a strong correlation between cone and seed morphology.It has a reference value for the development of Pinus koraiensis seed industry in Qingyuan area.
