摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定沉香舒郁片中沉香四醇和厚朴酚含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈为流动相A,0.1%甲酸溶液为流动相B,梯度洗脱;检测波长为252 nm;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0 ml/min;进样量:10μl。结果:沉香四醇的线性范围为4.70~94.08μg/ml(r=0.9999,n=5),厚朴酚的线性范围为4.39~87.84μg/ml(r=0.9999,n=5),平均加样回收率分别为100.0%(RSD为1.0%)和99.6%(RSD为0.8%)。结论:该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可作为沉香舒郁片质量控制方法。
Objective:To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for determining the contents of agarotetrol and magnolol in Chenxiang Shuyu Tablets.Method:High-performance liquid chromatography was used with acetonitrile as mobile phase A and 0.1%formic acid solution as mobile phase B,and gradient eluted.The detection wavelength is 252 nm;Column temperature:30°C;Flow rate:1.0 ml/min;Injection volume:10μl.Results:The linear range of agarotetrol was 4.70~94.08μg/ml(r=0.9999,n=5),the linear range of magnolol was 4.39μg~87.84μg/ml(r=0.9999,n=5),and the average sample recovery rates(n=9)were 100.0%(RSD was 1.0%)and 99.6%(RSD was 0.8%),respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,and repeatable,which can be used as a quality control method for Chenxiang Shuyu tablets.
