神经干细胞来源外泌体对神经干细胞的调节及其在神经系统疾病治疗中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 近年来的研究表明,移植的神经干细胞(NSCs)主要通过旁分泌效应来促进神经组织再生和功能恢复,而不是单纯地替代神经细胞。外泌体是最重要的旁分泌效应介质,可通过遗传物质的传递参与细胞的通讯而发挥功能效应。本文围绕NSCs来源外泌体对NSCs自身的调节及其在神经系统疾病治疗中的应用研究进展进行综述,以期为后续NSCs来源外泌体的深入研究和临床应用提供重要参考。
