摘要
目的观察一种次氯酸低温消毒剂的低温消毒效果及稳定性,为实际应用提供依据。方法采用载体浸泡杀菌试验方法和物体表面模拟现场试验方法,对次氯酸在低温下的实验室杀菌效果及现场消毒效果进行观察。结果该次氯酸低温消毒剂有效氯含量为1069 mg/L;经(54±1)℃恒温放置14 d后,有效氯含量下降率<10%。该低温消毒液在-18℃放置过夜(>8 h),仍保持液体状态,无析出,无结晶;在-18℃低温下作用10 min,对载体上的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值均>3.00;在-18℃冷库中对物体表面喷洒并作用10 min,对布片上大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值均>3.00,可以达到消毒合格要求。结论该次氯酸低温消毒剂在低温条件下具有较好的杀菌效果,稳定性好,可用于低温环境下物体表面和冷链物品外包装表面消毒。
Objective This paper aims to observe the low temperature disinfection effect and stability of a hypochlorous acid low temperature disinfectant,so as to provide basis for practical application.Methods The bactericidal effect of hypochlorous acid at low temperature in laboratory and field was observed by the carrier immersion bactericidal test method and the simulated field test method of object surface.Results The effective chlorine content of the hypochlorite cryogenic disinfectant is 1069 mg/L;after being kept at(54±1)℃ for 14 d,the decrease rate of effective chlorine content was less than 10%.The low-temperature disinfectant was placed at -18℃ overnight(>8 h)and remained in a liquid state without precipitation or crystallization.Treated at -18℃ for 10 min,the disinfection values for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus on the carrier were all greater than 3.00.In the cold storage at -18℃,the surface of the object was sprayed and applied for 10 min,and the disinfection values for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus on the cloth were all greater than 3.00,which can meet with the disinfection qualified requirements.Conclusion The hypochlorite cryogenic disinfectant has good bactericidal effect and good stability at low temperature.It can be used to disinfect surfaces of objects and outer packaging surfaces of cold chain items at low temperature.
