摘要
经济全球化、激烈的竞争和不确定因素的增加促使供应链上节点企业之间建立多种合作关系,供应链网络结构日益复杂,且随着内外部环境的变化而动态改变。通过对供应链网络演化的文献梳理,探究供应链网络演化研究进展并进行总结,发现目前的研究大都停留在模型的仿真阶段,与实际供应链相结合的较少,故此,今后可从供应链网络局域世界中节点连接的实质影响因素方面进行研究,例如,在低碳政策背景下企业合作关系的建立、企业员工的学历及工作经验对企业选择合作对象的影响等,以便研究供应链网络演化机理,分析网络演化规则、预测网络演化趋势并制定策略,以增强网络弹性、提高网络的抗风险能力及整体运作效率。
In this paper,by going over the body of literature on the evolution of the supply chain network,we explored and summarized the progress of the researches on supply chain network evolution,and found that current researches mostly dwelf on model simulation and seldom touched on supply chain practice.Therefore,we proposed that approaches could be made from the actual influence factors of nodal points in the supply chain network,for example,the establishment of corporate partnerships under low-carbon policies,the impact of the education and work experience of employees on the selection of corporate partners,etc.,so as to facilitate the study of the mechanism behind supply chains network evolution,analyze the pattern of network evolution,predict network evolution trends and formulate strategies to enhance the resilience,anti-risk capabilities and overall operational efficiency of the supply chain network.
