摘要
为解决选煤厂煤泥水智能加药系统面临的入料量无法精准计量的问题,设计出一种适用于非满管自流液体管道流量测量的流量计;着重介绍了流量计的测量原理、仪表参数、安装和维护等方面的应用要点,同时强调,该流量计对于大于DN200 mm的管道测量效果较好。
In order to solve the problem that the intelligent dosing system of slurry water in the Coal preparation plant cannot accurately measure the feed quantity,a flowmeter suitable for the flow measurement of partially filled self flowing liquid pipeline was designed.The article focuses on the application points of the flowmeter in terms of measurement principle,instrument parameters,installation and maintenance.At the same time,it was emphasized that the flowmeter performs better when measuring pipelines larger than DN200 mm.
