摘要
山西忠新跳汰选煤厂粗煤泥脱水后灰分依旧偏高,作为精煤产品时,导致主洗精煤“背灰”问题严重。为降低粗煤泥灰分,同时解决螺旋分选机矸石带煤问题,对入洗煤泥进行可选性分析,并对2种不同结构的螺旋分选机进行对比分选试验。结果表明:当使用传统结构的螺旋分选机时存在尾煤灰分偏低,尾煤发热量过高的问题,容易造成精煤损失;当采用LXA1200新型螺旋分选机分选时,尾煤灰分可达60%以上,矸石带煤率1%~3%,达到预期效果。
The ash content of the coarse slime from a jigging coal preparation plant in Shanxi is still high after dehydration and recovery.As a clean coal product,the problem of“back ash”of the main clean coal is serious.Through the sampling test of the slime system,the results of slime floating and sinking show that the yield of clean coal is high and the washability is poor;The test results show that:when the traditional spiral separator is used,the ash content of the tail coal is low and the calorific value of the tail coal is too high,which is easy to cause the loss of clean coal;When lxa1200 new spiral separator is used for separation,the ash content can reach more than 60%,and the gangue with coal is only 1%~3%.
