摘要
中医经典《黄帝内经》中记载了大量五色理论及其在临床中的应用,且大量的历史古籍多有相关记载,日常生活中的五色、五音、五味及五脏均紧密联系在一起。近些年,现代医学对五色与五脏的研究逐渐增多,且在验证前人经验的基础上,更进一步的取得了很多研究成果。文中介绍于涛主任医师在中医五行理论的指导下,结合多年的临床经验,通过中医望、闻、问、切,对患者之脏腑气血阴阳进行辨证论治,虚则补之,实则泻之,应用五色与五行生克制化关系,以五色调五脏,使用各种颜色的胶带外贴于神阙穴(肚脐)周围的方法,以达到调节人体的气血阴阳、脏腑经络,使其恢复平衡,以达到阴平阳秘,精神乃治的目的。
The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic,a classic of traditional Chinese medicine,records a large number of five color theories and their clinical applications,and a large number of historical and ancient books have related records.The five colors,five tones,five flavors,and five zang organs in our daily life are closely linked.In recent years,research on the five colors and five organs in modern medicine has gradually increased,and on the basis of verifying previous experience,many research results have been further achieved.Under the guidance of the five elements theory of traditional Chinese medicine and according to years of clinical experience,chief physician Yu Tao conducted syndrome differentiation and treatment of the patients'viscera,qi,blood,yin,and yang through the observation,hearing,and inquiry of traditional Chinese medicine.The chief physician also used five colors to restrain the relationship between the five elements,adjusted the five zang organs with five colors,and employed various colors of tape to stick around the Shenque point(navel),so as to regulate the qi,blood,yin,and yang of the human body,restore balance to the internal organs and meridians,balance yin and yang,and treat mental health.
