摘要
目的总结和提炼陈晓虎治疗焦虑性失眠的经验。方法从病因病机、治则治法等方面,归纳陈晓虎调治焦虑性失眠的用药特点及规律。结果陈晓虎提出,该病的辨证需分虚实,实证以肝阳上亢、痰热内扰、气机郁滞、瘀血阻络多见,宜分别治以平肝、化痰、行气、活血;虚证以心脾两虚、阴虚火旺多见,宜治以健脾养心、滋阴降火。结论陈晓虎认为,焦虑性失眠主要责之心、肝二脏,核心病机乃血虚肝郁。以解郁安神为纲,以养血疏肝为法,疗效肯定,值得借鉴。
Objective To sum up and refine Professor CHEN Xiaohu's clinical experience in the treatment of anxiety insomnia.Methods The characteristics and patterns of Professor CHEN's mediation for treating anxiety insomnia were summarized from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principles and methods.Results Professor CHEN considers that the syndrome differentiation of anxiety insomnia may be divided into deficiency syndrome and excess syndrome.The excess syndrome contains liver-Yang hyperactivity,phlegm-heat internal disturbance,Qi stagnation,and blood stasis blocking collaterals,which might be respectively treated with calming liver,resolving phlegm,promoting Qi and activating blood methods,while the deficiency syndrome contains heart and spleen deficiency,Yin deficiency and fire excess,which might be treated with invigorating spleen and nourishing heart,nourishing Yin and reducing fire methods.Conclusion Professor CHEN believes that heart and liver are mainly responsible for anxiety insomnia,while blood deficiency and liver depression would be the core pathogenesis.It is curative and worthy of using for reference to take relieving depression and tranquilizing mind as the key link and take nourishing blood and soothing liver as the method.
