不同剂量重组人生长激素对矮小症儿童的疗效 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究不同剂量重组人生长激素对矮小症儿童的疗效。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月南京医科大学附属苏州医院收治的92例矮小症儿童为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组给予0.15 U/kg重组人生长激素皮下注射,观察组给予0.20 U/kg重组人生长激素皮下注射,比较两组治疗效果(身高、骨龄)与骨代谢指标。结果治疗前两组身高、骨龄、骨代谢指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组身高、骨龄、骨代谢指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论矮小症儿童应用大剂量重组人生长激素治疗效果更好,可提高身高、骨龄、骨代谢指标,临床应用价值显著。 Objective To explore the effect of different doses of Recombinant Human Growth Hormone in the treatment of children with short stature.Methods A total of 92 children with short stature admitted to the Affiliated Suzhou Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given 0.15 U/kg of Recombinant Human Growth Hormone by subcutaneous injection,while the observation group was given 0.20 U/kg of Recombinant Human Growth Hormone by subc utaneous injection.The therapeutic effects(height,bone age)and bone metabolism indexes in the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,the differences in height,bone age and bone metabolism indexes between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the height,bone age and bone metabolism indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High dose Recombinant Human Growth Hormone treating children with short stature has better effect and can improve the height,bone age and bone metabolism indexes,with significant clinical application value.
