摘要
为乡村振兴提供人才支撑是地方本科高校的使命任务与责任担当。但地方本科高校在服务乡村振兴职能定位上存在服务意识和能力有待提升、助力乡村振兴人才管理与激励机制不足、毕业生返乡创业就业积极性不高等问题。因此,从强化学校党委的政策引导、加强大学生理想与信念教育、创新大学生职业生涯规划教学模式、加强乡村振兴急需人才培养模式创新、加强服务乡村振兴实践和志愿服务、加强校地校企合作等方面进行有效路径方法的探索。
It is the mission and responsibility of local undergraduate universities to provide talent support for rural revitalization.However,local undergraduate universities,in the service of rural revitalization,are facing the dilemma of insufficient service awareness and ability,insufficient talent management and incentive mechanism in favor of rural revitalization,and insufficient enthusiasm of graduates to return to hometown for entrepreneurship and employment.Effective approaches are explored in the following aspects:strengthening the policy guidance of the Party committee of the university,enhancing the ideal and belief education of undergraduates,innovating the teaching mode of students’career planning,strengthening the innovation of training mode of talents urgently needed in rural revitalization,strengthening rural revitalization practice and voluntary services,and enhancing university-local government and university-enterprise cooperation.
