摘要
目的探究升阳通督针法联合尼麦角林对脑梗死恢复期患者脑血流情况及神经血管单元功能的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年10月收治的80例脑梗死恢复期患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予尼麦角林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加施升阳通督针法治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的大脑中动脉(MCA)、大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑后动脉(PCA)、左右椎动脉(VA)血流速度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))水平高于对照组,基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、神经生长因子(NGF)水平高于对照组,胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论升阳通督针法联合尼麦角林治疗脑梗死恢复期患者不仅能够改善脑血流情况,还能调节神经血管单元功能,促进神经功能恢复,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effects of Shengyang Tongdu acupuncture combined with nicergoline on cerebral blood flow and neurovascular unit function in patients with convalescent cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with convalescent cerebral infarction admitted from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nicergoline,and the observation group was treated with Shengyang Tongdu acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the blood flow velocity of middle cerebral artery(MCA),anterior cerebral artery(ACA),posterior cerebral artery(PCA)and left and right vertebral artery(VA)in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and nerve growth factor(NGF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengyang Tongdu acupuncture combined with nicergoline in the treatment of patients with convalescent cerebral infarction can not only improve cerebral blood flow,but also regulate the neurovascular unit function and promote the recovery of neurological function,which is worthy of promotion.
