摘要
游隙是卡车轮毂轴承单元的一项重要参数,针对传统理论与Romax仿真得到的游隙计算值差别较大的问题,以某轮毂轴承单元为研究对象,通过传统理论、Romax仿真进行轴承游隙计算,并搭建试验台进行实际测量验证,结果表明,基于Romax仿真得到的轴承游隙更接近实际测量值,说明可基于Romax仿真进行轮毂轴承单元游隙的计算。
Clearance is an important parameter of truck hub bearing units.In order to solve the problem of large difference between clearance values obtained respectively by traditional theoretical calculations and Romax simulation,taking a hub bearing units as the research object,the clearance of the bearing is calculated respectively by traditional theoretical calculations and Romax simulation,and a test bench is built for actual measurement verification.The results show that the clearance of the bearing obtained by Romax simulation is closer to actual measurement value,which indicates that the clearance of hub bearing units can be calculated based on Romax simulation.
