摘要
目的 了解连云港市蚊类构成、密度、季节性消长变化以及白纹伊蚊抗药性,为连云港市蚊虫综合防治提供科学依据。方法 采用诱蚊灯法诱蚊,采用成蚊接触筒法测定抗药性。结果 2021年共捕获蚊虫7 651只,总蚊密度为0.787只/(灯·h);优势种为淡色库蚊,占75.86%;蚊密度在8月达到高峰,不同生境蚊密度以牲畜棚最高[1.513只/(灯·h)],各县区监测点蚊密度以灌南县最高[2.611只/(灯·h)],白纹伊蚊对毒死蜱、残杀威敏感,对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯产生抗性。结论 基本掌握了连云港市蚊类构成、密度、季节性消长及白纹伊蚊抗性情况,建议在蚊虫活动高峰期前后开展综合防治,合理使用杀虫剂,延缓抗药性的产生。
Objective To understand the mosquito species composition,population density,seasonal fluctuation and the insecticide resistance of Aedes albopictus in Lianyungang,and to provide a scientific basis for comprehensive prevention and control of mosquitoes.Methods Light-trap method was employed to investigate adult mosquitoes,while the contact tube method was for resistance determination.Results A total of 7651 adult mosquitoes were captured in Lianyungang in 2021,with the overall mosquito density of 0.787 mosquitoes per lamp in an hour.The dominant species was Culex pipiens pallens,accounting for 75.86%.Mosquito activity peaked in August.The highest mosquito density was found in livestock sheds,as much as 1.513 mosquitoes per lamp in an hour.The highest mosquito density of 2.611 mosquitoes per lamp in an hour was found in Guannan County among monitoring counties and districts.Aedes albopictus adults were sensitive to chlorpyrifos and propoxur,but resistant to beta-cypermethrin,deltamethrin.Conclusion The mosquito species composition,density,seasonal fluctuation and Aedes albopictus resistance to insecticide in Lianyungang were preliminary understood.It is suggested that comprehensive mosquito prevention and control measures should be carried out before and after the peak period.Insecticides should be applied reasonably so as to delay the development of insecticide resistance.
