基于数字孪生技术的水利机电设备智慧运维管理平台研究 被引量:8

摘要 随着数字孪生水利工程的建设需求不断增长,对数字孪生在设备运维领域的研究受到广泛关注。为了研究基于数字孪生技术的水利机电设备智慧运维管理体系,详细阐述了基于数字孪生技术的水利机电设备智慧运维管理平台设计方案与架构,并从数据管理、模型构建、仿真模拟、设备孪生体等方面详细阐述了该平台数字孪生相关的关键技术。结果表明:实现机电设备运维状态的感知、分析、预测,对提高机电设备运维可靠性、保障电站安全运行具有重要意义,对其他水利工程机电设备智慧运维管理具有一定参考价值。 With the growing construction demand of the digital twin water conservancy project,the research on the intelligent operation and maintenance management system of water conservancy electromechanical equipment based on the digital twin technology has gradually become one of the hot spots in the industry.To study of intelligent operation and maintenance and management system of hydraulic electromechanical equipment based on digital twin technology,the design scheme and architecture of the intelligent operation and maintenance management platform was described in detail,and the key technologies related to the digital twin of the intelligent operation and maintenance platform of hydraulic electromechanical equipment were introduced from the aspects of data management,model construction,simulation,equipment twins,etc.The results showed that the realization of sensing,analyzing and forecast was important to improve the reliability of the equipment and ensuring the safe operation of the station.It can provide a good demonstration and inspiration for the intelligent operation and maintenance management of other hydraulic engineering electromechanical equipment.
