摘要
气体绝缘金属封闭开关(GIS)是高压输变电系统的重要组成部分,进一步提高其可靠性是提升电网运行质量的迫切需求。文章列举了GIS设备试验、制造、运行过程中出现的绝缘击穿、开断失败、悬浮电位三起典型故障,分析了引起故障的原因及对应的有效改进措施,并提出了设计环节、验证环节和制造环节的质量控制措施,提升GIS运行阶段的可靠性。
Gas insulated metal enclosed switch(GIS)are important components of high-voltage transformation systems,improving their reliability is an urgent need to improve the quality of power grid operation.The article lists three typical faults,insulation breakdown、disconnection failure and floating potential that occurred in the testing,manufacturing,and operation of GIS.The reasons for the faults and corresponding effective improvement measures are analyzed,quality control measures for the design,verification and manufacturing stages are proposed to improve the reliability of GIS operation stage.
