摘要
目的 探究不同炮制工艺的薏苡仁治疗脾虚型慢性腹泻临床效果。方法 90例脾虚型慢性腹泻病例来源于2020年11月—2022年1月,依据随机数字表法,分为常规治疗(蒙脱石散)组、麸炒薏苡仁组、炒薏苡仁(法薏苡仁)组,各30例。对比患者治疗前后中医证候积分、肠道屏障功能指标,评估治疗效果。结果 3组患者治疗前各项中医证候积分、内毒素、D-乳酸指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后炒薏苡仁组中医证候积分、内毒素、D-乳酸指标低于麸炒薏苡仁组与常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);炒薏苡仁组与麸炒薏苡仁组总有效率均显著高于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);炒薏苡仁组与麸炒薏苡仁组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 薏苡仁应用于脾虚型慢性腹泻治疗效果较蒙脱石散好,且炒薏苡仁整体疗效与麸炒薏苡仁相当,但在改善患者肠道屏障功能及中医证候方面更为突出。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of coix seed with different processing techniques in the treatment of chronic diarrhea due to spleen deficiency type.Methods 90 cases of chronic diarrhea due to spleen deficiency were collected from November 2020 to January 2022.They were grouped according to the random number table method,conventional treatment(montmorillonite powder)group,bran fried coix seed group,fried coix seed(method coix seed)group,with 30 cases in each group.The TCM symptom scores and intestinal barrier function indexes were compared before and after treatment to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores,endotoxin and D-lactic acid indexes between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).The bran-fried coix seed group and the conventional treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the bran-fried coix seed group and the bran-fried coix seed group was significantly higher than that of the conventional treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the bran-fried coix seed group and the bran-fried coix seed group(P>0.05).Conclusion Coix seed is better than montmorillonite powder in the treatment of chronic diarrhea due to spleen deficiency,and the overall curative effect of fried coix seed is comparable to that of bran-fried coix seed,but the effect is more prominent in improving the intestinal barrier function and TCM syndrome of patients.
