摘要
目的探讨前馈控制应用于急诊创伤患者低体温管理的效果。方法回顾性选取福建省立医院2022年1—5月急诊创伤患者50例作为对照组,采用常规急诊创伤体温管理;选取福建省立医院2022年6—10月急诊创伤患者50例作为观察组,进行基于前馈控制的体温管理。观察两组患者的体温管理有效率、体温管理质量得分、凝血功能、不良反应发生率。结果观察组的体温管理有效率(92.00%)高于对照组(64.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者体温管理质量得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time,PT)、凝血酶时间(thrombin time,TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(activated partial thromboplastin time,APTT)较对照组缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(4.00%)显著低于对照组(18.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急诊创伤患者应用基于前馈控制的体温管理能提升体温管理有效率,提高体温管理质量,改善凝血功能,减少不良反应。
Objective To explore the effect of feedforward control in hypothermia management of emergency trauma patients.Methods A total of 50 cases of emergency trauma patients in Fujian Provincial Hospital from January to May,2022 were selected retrospectively as the control group,and conventional emergency trauma temperature management was adopted.Fifty emergency trauma patients in Fujian Provincial Hospital from June to October,2022 were selected as the observation group,and the body temperature was managed based on feedforward control.The effective rate of body temperature management,the quality score of body temperature management,coagulation function and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The effective rate of temperature management in the observation group(92.00%)was higher than that in the control group(64.00%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The score of temperature management quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,the observation group showed shorter prothrombin time PT,thrombin time TT,and activated partial thromboplastin time APTT compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(4.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(18.00%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying body temperature management based on feedforward control to emergency trauma patients can improve the efficiency and quality of body temperature management,improve blood coagulation function and reduce adverse reactions.
