摘要
一只8岁雌犬出现食欲不振、精神不佳、呕吐、呼吸急促等症状,采取临床一般检查、犬c反应蛋白检查、ELISA检查后,初诊为犬胰腺炎;后经抗生素滴注后无明显效果,追加血液原虫PCR检查和血涂片检查后确诊为犬吉氏巴贝斯虫感染。根据发病经过及血液学检查,推测该犬是由犬吉氏巴贝斯虫感染继发胰腺炎。经灭虫治疗、对症治疗、支持治疗及输血治疗后,病情得到明显改善。患犬出院后持续口服阿托伐醌配合阿奇霉素,定期复诊结果显示预后良好,最终痊愈。
An 8-year-old female canine presented with loss of appetite,poor mental state,vomiting,shortness of breath and other symptoms.After clinical examination,canine C-reactive protein examination and ELISA examination,she was initially diagnosed as canine pancreatitis.After antibiotic infusion,there was no obvious effect,and additional blood PCR and blood smear examination confirmed the infection of Babesia gibberii.According to the course of the disease and hematological examination,the canine was speculated to be secondary pancreatitis caused by Babesia gibberii infection.After insecticidal treatment,symptomatic treatment,support treatment and blood transfusion treatment,the condition was significantly improved.After discharge,the canine continued to take oral atovaquone combined with azithromycin,and the results of regular follow-up showed a good prognosis and eventually recovered.
