摘要
随着我国市场经济的发展,以及产业结构的优化调整,各行各业对高素质人才的需求量与日俱增。而在乡村振兴背景下,饲料产业也正经历着重大的转型升级和产业链调整,这在推动饲料产业可持续发展的同时也给大学生返乡就业创业提供了一定的保障作用。但从实际情况看,大学生返乡就业创业存在一定的现实问题,因此,要针对这些问题提出应对策略,实现饲料产业与大学生返乡就业创业的协同发力,为饲料产业转型升级提供必要的人才支撑,有效破解大学生就业的结构性矛盾。
With the development of China's market economy and the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure,the demand for high-quality talents in various industries is increasing day by day.In the context of rural revitalization,the feed industry is also undergoing significant transformation,upgrading,and industrial chain adjustment.This not only promotes the sustainable development of the feed industry,but also provides a certain guarantee for college students to return to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship.However,from the actual situation,there are certain practical problems in the employment and entrepreneurship of college students returning to their hometowns.Therefore,it is necessary to propose corresponding strategies to address these problems,achieve collaborative efforts between the feed industry and college students returning to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship,provide necessary talent support for the transformation and upgrading of the feed industry,and effectively solve the structural contradictions in college students'employment.
