摘要
目的探究支架置入辅助腹腔镜微创手术治疗左半结肠癌伴肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法选取2019年11月至2020年11月本院收治的80例左半结肠癌伴肠梗阻患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为两组,每组40例。对照组行单纯急诊开腹手术,观察组行支架置入辅助腹腔镜微创手术,比较两组临床疗效、围手术期指标及并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率(87.5%)高于对照组(70.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、术后肛门排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(10.0%)低于对照组(27.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支架置入辅助腹腔镜微创手术治疗左半结肠癌伴肠梗阻患者效果显著,可缩短手术时间,减少并发症的发生,安全性、有效性较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of stent-assisted laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of left colon cancer with intestinal obstruction.Methods 80 patients with left colon cancer and intestinal obstruction admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random lottery method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group underwent simple emergency laparotomy,while the observation group underwent stent-assisted laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery,the clinical efficacy,perioperative indicators and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group(87.5%)was higher than that of the control group(70.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,postoperative anal exhaust time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(10.0%)was lower than that in the control group(27.5%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Stent-assisted laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of patients with left colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction has significant effect,which can shorten the operation time,reduce the occurrence of complications,with high safety and effectiveness,and it is worthy of clinical application.
