摘要
胀管机作为翅片管式换热器胀管成形工艺的重要加工设备,其固定换热管U部的接收器固定座的变形会影响翅片换热管的胀接成形质量。为了研究全自动双工位胀管机接收器固定座结构应力变形情况,采用了ANSYS Workbench静力学模块仿真模拟分析和多变量响应曲面参数优化的方法。结果表明,优化后固定座最大变形量为0.062162 mm,减小了35.07%;最大应力为165.1 MPa,减小了30.1%。接收器固定座安装气缸槽孔处变形和应力最大,是影响胀接质量的重要原因;顶面板厚和中边板厚对变形影响最大,呈负线性关系;优化后的固定座气缸安装处结构强度有所增加。
The tube expander is an important processing machine for the tube expansion forming process of finned tube heat exchanger.The small deformation of the receiver fixed seat fixing the U part of the heat exchange tube affects the forming quality of tube expansion.In order to study the deformation and stress of the receiver fixed base structure of the automatic double station tube expander,the methods of simulation analyses by ANSYS Workbench statics modul and parameter optimization by multivariable response surface were used.The results show that after optimization,the maximum deformation of the fixed base is 0.062162 mm,which decreases by 35.07%.The maximum stress is 165.1 MPa,and it decreases by 30.1%.The deformation and stress at the slot of installing air cylinder are the most important factors affecting the expansion quality.The thickness of the top plate and the middle edge plate of the receiver fixed base have the greatest impact on the deformation,showing a linear negative correlation.The structural strength of the position installing air cylinder of the fixed base has been improved after optimization.
