摘要
某航空发动机外场正常使用至首次翻新寿命,返厂大修,发现低压涡轮弹性支撑的弹性拉杆断裂。针对这一故障,进行结构分析、现场检查,计算弹性支撑刚度,进行刚度有限元分析,并进行强度校核。通过分析,得出故障的可能原因。
An aero engine used normally in external field to the first overturn life,and returned to factory to overhaul.It was found that the elastic rod of elastic support for low-pressure turbine fractured.In response to this fault,structural analysis and on-site inspection were carried out,stiffness of elastic support was calculated and finite element analyzed,and strength was verified.Through analysis,the possible cause of fault was obtained.
