Research on Deep Composite Profile Control and Water Plugging Technology in Low Permeability Reservoirs With Medium and High Water Cut

摘要 以聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、有机交联剂对苯二酚(HQ)和六亚甲基四胺(HMTA)为原料,研制了一种以聚合物凝胶为主体的交联聚合物凝胶体系。结合瓶测试验和黏度测量方法,评价了温度、pH、矿化度等参数对凝胶时间和凝胶强度的影响。在85~120℃范围研究聚合物体系性能的变化。由HQ和HMTA与PAM交联而成的凝胶具有较高的机械强度,所研究的凝胶体系的最佳pH值范围为8.0~9.0。胶凝化时间随矿化度的增加而增加,聚合物和交联剂质量分数过高时,胶凝时间过长,会导致脱水。填砂岩心封堵实验表明,当温度为120℃时,质量分数1%PAM+质量分数0.3%HQ+质量分数0.4%HMTA的凝胶体系可有效对高渗储层进行封堵,封堵率在96%以上。 A polymer gel system was developed with polyacrylamide(PAM)as a water-soluble polymer and hydroquinone(HQ)and hexamethylenetetramine(HMTA)as organic cross-linking agents.The effects of parameters such as temperature,pH,and mineralization on the gel time and gel strength were evaluated in combination with bottle tests and viscosity measurement methods.The change of polymer system properties was studied in the range of 85~120℃.The gels made of HQ and HMTA cross-linked with PAM had high mechanical strength,and the optimum pH range of the studied gel systems was 8.0~9.0.The gelation time increased with the increase of mineralization and the long gelation time resulted in dehydration when the mass fraction of polymer and cross-linker was too high.The plugging experiments showed that the gelation system gel of 1%PAM+0.3%HQ+0.4%HMTA could effectively plug the high permeability reservoir at the temperature of 120℃,and the plugging rate was above 96%.
