摘要
目的调查德阳市某医院医务人员对营养午餐的需求及其影响因素,为营养午餐的推广提供参考。方法通过网络在线调查系统对德阳市某医院医务人员进行横断面调查。调查问卷内容包括一般人口学特征、健康相关因素和营养午餐需求3个方面。同时构建了多元Logistic回归模型,以确定营养午餐需求的影响因素。结果调查对象共458人,其中男性58人,女性400人;年龄20-56岁,平均(30.84±6.92)岁;14.1%的调查对象体型为超质量或肥胖。336名(73.4%)调查对象表示,如果提供营养午餐,他们会选择营养午餐。单因素分析结果显示:已婚者比单身者(未婚或离异)更有可能选择营养午餐(77.8%vs.65.2%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,每天进餐次数及午餐地点不同的调查对象对营养午餐需求的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中每天进餐次数为3次的调查对象及午餐地点在单位食堂的调查对象表示会选择营养午餐的人数比例最高。相较于体型正常的调查对象,超质量或肥胖的调查对象更倾向于选择高纤低脂的营养午餐,并愿意为营养午餐支付更多的费用,同时也更倾向于参考营养标签(P<0.05)。多元Logistic回归分析表明,所在科室、每日进餐次数、午餐地点和运动频率是调查对象对营养午餐需求的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论医务人员常面临着大量的加班,普遍存在不健康的饮食行为。且本研究数据也显示,德阳市某医院的医务人员表现出对营养午餐有着强烈需求。因此,迫切需要为该院的医务人员提供营养午餐,以促进他们的健康。
Objective This paper aims to investigate the demand of medical staff for a nutritious lunch and its influencing factors in a hospital in Deyang city to provide evidence for the promotion of the nutritious lunch.Methods A cross-sectional survey of medical staff in a hospital in Deyang was carried out by an online network survey system.The questionnaire included three dimensions:general demographic characteristics,health-related factors,and nutritional lunch demands.Multiple logistic regression models were also constructed to identify influencing factors for nutritional lunch demands.Results There were 458 respondents,including 58 males and 400 females,aged from 20 to 56 years,with an average of(30.84±6.92)years.Among them,14.1%were overweight or obese.Three hundred thirty-six(73.4%)respondents indicated that they would choose a nutritious lunch if it was provided.Univariate analysis showed that married respondents were more likely to choose nutritious lunch(77.8%vs.65.2%)than single respondents(unmarried or divorced),with statistical significance(P<0.05).In addition,there were significant differences in nutritional lunch demands among respondents with different numbers of meals per day and lunch locations(P<0.05).Respondents who had three meals per day and had lunch in the hospital canteen showed the highest proportion of individuals who would choose a nutritional lunch.Compared with normal-sized respondents,overweight or obese respondents were more likely to choose high-fiber low-fat nutritional lunches and were willing to pay more for nutritional lunches,but also more likely to refer to nutritional labels(P<0.05).Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that department,number of meals per day,lunch location,and exercise frequency were the influencing factors for respondents'nutritional lunch demands(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical staff often work overtime heavily and generally have unhealthy eating behavior.The data of this study also showed that medical staff in a hospital in Deyang City showed strong demand for nutritional lunch.Therefore,there is an urgent need to provide nutritional lunches for medical staff in this hospital to promote their health.
