数字化供应链能力对企业高质量成长的影响--开放式创新的视角 被引量:6

Impact of Digital Supply Chain Capability on High-quality Growth of Enterprises

摘要 构建数字化供应链已成为当前制造企业实现高质量成长的重要路径。然而,当前对数字化供应链与企业高质量成长之间的关系还缺乏充分的内在解释和实践指导,导致企业实施数字化供应链项目后业绩差异很大。本文基于开放式创新理论,从能力的视角解释数字化供应链,并将其划分为连接和生成能力两个维度。通过对231家中国制造企业调查数据的实证分析发现:数字化供应链能力对高质量成长有显著的正向影响作用,协同创新在上述关系中起部分中介作用,环境动荡性正向调节上述关系。因此,管理者应注重提高数字化供应链连接和生成能力,充分利用数字化供应链战略驱动协同创新,并注意环境动荡性的边界作用,从而对供应链进行数字化变革以积极应对环境变化。 The construction of digital supply chains has become an important path for the current manufacturing enterprises to achieve high-quality growth.However,there is still a lack of sufficient internal explanation and practical guidance for the relationship between digital supply chain and high-quality growth of enterprises,which leads to great differences in performance after the implementation of digital supply chain projects.Based on the theory of open innovation,this study explains digital supply chain from the perspective of capability and divides it into two dimensions:connectivity and generative capability.Through the empirical analysis of the survey data of 231 Chinese manufacturing enterprises,it is found that the digital supply chain capacity has a significant positive impact on high-quality growth,collaborative innovation plays a partial intermediary role in the above relationship,and environmental turbulence positively regulates the above relationship.Therefore,managers should focus on improving the connectivity and generative capability of the digital supply chain,make full use of the digital supply chain strategy to drive collaborative innovation,and pay attention to the boundary role of environmental turbulence,so as to carry out digital transformation of the supply chain to actively respond to environmental changes.
