摘要
在新时代立德树人视域下,家庭教育被赋予了更为丰富的价值本真,是践行立德树人根本任务的关键力量、是培养儿童健全人格的根本基础、是推动教育回归育人本质的核心动力、也是涵养良好社会风气的重要路径。然而,随着家庭结构的变化、教育主体的单一、教育内容的功利化及现代数字化技术应用的异化,家庭教育面临功能式微、主体分化、价值偏失、方法迷途等多重现实隐忧,其育人实效也遭遇提升瓶颈。立德树人是家庭教育的根本任务,多元协同是家庭教育的关键路径。为此,家庭教育主体应积极创新,坚守“朴素、务实、协同、有效”的家庭教育发展立场,通过建立多方联动的合作教育体系、重构适应新时代育人要求的家庭教育模式、协商选择契合儿童成长需求的家庭教育内容、多渠道提升家庭教育主体的信息媒介素养等路径,引导推动各利益相关者走向“多元一体协同育人”,从而有利于“儿童友好型”综合育人环境的形成,促进新时代家庭教育现实困境的良性疏解。
In the new era of fostering moral characters and cultivating talents,child discipline have been given a richer value of the true,it is the key force of carrying out the fundamental task of setting up morality and cultivating people,the fundamental foundation of cultivating children’s sound personality,the core motive force of promoting education to return to the nature of educating people,and the important path of cultivating good social atmosphere.However,with the change of family structure,the single educational subject,the utilitarianism of educational content and the dissimilation of the application of modern digital technology,the child discipline is faced with many problems,such as function decline,subject differentiation,value deviation and method deviation,etc..Setting up people is the fundamental task of child discipline,and multi-synergy is the key path of child discipline.To this end,child discipline should actively innovate and adhere to the“Plain,pragmatic,coordinated and effective”child discipline development stance,through the establishment of a multi-pronged collaborative education system,the restructuring of the child discipline model to meet the requirements of the new era,the negotiation of child discipline content to meet the needs of children’s growth,and the enhancement of the information and media literacy of child discipline through various channels,to guide and push all stakeholders towards“Multi-integration and collaborative education”is conducive to the formation of a“Child-friendly”comprehensive education environment,and to promote the child discipline reality of the new era to solve the plight of the benign.
