摘要
通过改进的数值模拟方法研究方形光斑多点激光冲击对42CrMo钢表面残余应力和变形的影响。结果表明,随着冲击波峰值压力的增加,表面残余应力和表面变形都有所增大。同时,针对采煤机截齿表面进行激光冲击强化数值模拟,证明其表面可形成残余应力。
The effects of square spot multi-point laser shock on surface residual stress and deformation of 42CrMo steel are studied by an improved numerical simulation method.The results show that the surface residual stress and surface deformation increase with shock wave peak pressure.At the same time,the numerical simulation of laser shock strengthening is carried out on the surface of shearer cutter,which proves that residual compressive stress can be formed on the surface.
