反式丁二烯-异戊二烯共聚橡胶凝胶含量的测定

摘要 作为橡胶质量控制指标,国际上和行业内均采用室温甲苯溶解不溶物含量来表征凝胶含量。以甲苯为溶剂,采用溶剂溶解分级的方法,考察了溶解分级时间、温度等条件对反式-丁二烯-异戊二烯共聚橡胶(TBIR)中甲苯不溶物含量的影响。进一步采用凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)对分级得到的可溶物级份进行了分子量及其分布的表征,结果表明:在相同的溶解时间下,随着溶解温度的升高,TBIR的不溶物含量逐渐降低,80℃时不溶物含量降至1.59%;随着溶解时间的延长,不溶物含量逐渐降低,8~24 h达到稳定。可溶物的分子量随溶解分级温度的升高略增大,分布变窄;确定了TBIR凝胶含量测定条件。 As quality control parameter,insoluble content of toluene at room temperature is used to represent the gel content of rubber both internationally and domestically.In this article,the effect of fractionation temperature and time on the insoluble content of trans-butadiene-isoprene copolymer rubber(TBIR)was examined by using solvent dissolution fractionation method with toluene as solvent.The molecular weight and its distribution of soluble parts were characterized by gel permeability chromatograph(GPC).It was shown that the insoluble content of TBIR decreased gradually with the increasing of temperature under the same time.The insoluble content went down to 1.59%at 80℃.Insoluble content decreased with the increasing of dissolution time,and reached stability at 8~24 h.The molecular weight of soluble part increased slightly as well as the distribution narrowed.The test condition of gel content of TBIR has been determined.
