摘要
目的为使用不同身份标识的患者提供就医服务渠道,满足患者需求,提高实名就诊率。方法建立患者主索引系统,结合智慧服务外联管理平台,将主索引信息与就诊信息关联,构建院内患者服务体系。结果建立了以患者主索引信息为基础的、集成多种身份标识服务渠道的患者就医系统,实现院内“一人一档”,建立起统一对外的信息服务标准。结论多种身份标识的融合应用,为患者提供了丰富多样的就医服务渠道,满足了患者的需求,有助于提升患者满意度。
Objective Provide medical service channels for patients with different identity identification,meet their needs,and improve the real name treatment rate.Methods Establish a patient master index system,combined with a smart service outreach management platform,to associate the master index information with medical information,and build an in hospital patient service system.Results We have established a patient medical system based on patient master index information and integrating multiple identity identification service channels,achieving"one person,one file"in the hospital and establishing a unified external information service standard.Conclusion The fusion application of multiple identity identification provides patients with a rich and diverse range of medical service channels,meets their needs,and helps to improve patient satisfaction.
