摘要
通过文献收集法收集目前已发表的关于广西自然保护区鸟类多样性的文献,然后通过G-F指数分析各保护区鸟类组成和多样性差异,同时以弄岗国家级自然保护区为中心分析不同保护区鸟类组成的相似性,探讨保护区的距离和面积对鸟类相似性的影响。该研究共收集10个保护区的鸟类文献,研究发现不同自然保护区的物种数、单目科数、单科属数、F指数、G指数和G-F指数均存在极显著差异(P<0.001),其中大明山国家级自然保护区和木论国家级自然保护区的G-F指数较高,均为0.86。邦亮国家级自然保护区与弄岗自然保护区的相似性系数最高(0.89),木论国家级自然保护区与弄岗自然保护区的相似性系数最低(0.30)。各保护区鸟类的相同物种数与相似性系数呈极显著正相关(r=0.865,P=0.003),但与到弄岗自然保护区的距离(r=-0.059,P=0.881)和面积(r=-0.400,P=0.981)不存在显著相关,说明鸟类相似性系数仅受各保护区鸟类相同物种数的影响。聚类分析结果表明,10个保护区鸟类的G-F指数可被分为3类。
The published literature on the bird diversity in Guangxi Nature Reserve were collected by literature collection method,and the differences of bird composition and diversity among different nature reserves were analyzed based on G-F index.Taking Nonggang National Nature Reserve as the center,the similarity of bird composition in different nature reserves were analyzed,and the influences of the distance and area of the nature reserves on the bird similarity were discussed.The literature of the birds in 10 nature reserves were collected,it was found that there were significant differences in the number of species,the number of families each order,the number of genera each family,F index,G index and G-F index among different nature reserves(P<0.001).G-F index in Damingshan National Nature Reserve and Mulun National Nature Reserve were higher(0.86).The similarity index between Bangliang National Nature Reserve and Nonggang Nature Reserve was the highest(0.89),and the similarity index between Mulun National Nature Reserve and Nonggang Nature Reserve was the lowest(0.30).The number of the same species of the birds in each nature reserve had a significant positive correlation with the similarity index(r=0.865,P=0.003),and it had no significant correlation with the distance from Nonggang Nature Reserve(r=-0.059,P=0.881)and the area(r=-0.400,P=0.981),indicating that the similarity index of birds was only affected by the number of the same bird species in each nature reserve.The results of cluster analysis showed that G-F index of the birds in the 10 nature reserves were divided into three categories.
