摘要
目的:探讨形神共调针法联合腕踝针治疗卒中后偏身感觉障碍的疗效。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年12月来十堰市太和医院治疗的卒中后偏身感觉障碍患者87例,采用简单随机化法分为对照组(44例,腕踝针法)和观察组(43例,形神共调针法联合腕踝针法),对比两组治疗后临床疗效、治疗前后BBS评分、MBI评分、FMA评分和偏身肢体Lindmark感觉功能评分及中医症候积分变化。结果:经过治疗后观察组疗效明显升高(P<0.05);治疗后两组BBS评分、MBI评分与FMA评分较治疗前均明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组升高更显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后半身不遂、偏身麻木、言语謇涩与口舌歪斜积分较治疗前均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组降低更显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组偏身肢体Lindmark感觉功能评分较治疗前均明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组升高更显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卒中后偏身感觉障碍患者采用形神共调针法联合腕踝针治疗具有较好的疗效,可改善偏身感觉障碍,提高患者运动功能。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of regulating physical body and Shen acupuncture combined with wrist and ankle acupuncture in treatment of post-stroke hemianesthesia.Methods:A total of 87 patients with post-stroke hemianesthesia were randomly divided into the control group(n=44)and the observation group(n=43).The control group was treated with wrist and ankle acupuncture;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with regulating physical body and Shen acupuncture.Clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.The scores of BBS,MBI,FMA,Lindmark sensory function and TCM symptoms were compared between before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%(41/43),which was significantly higher than 75.00%(33/44)of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of BBS,MBI and FMA were significantly increased after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the increases were more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms were significantly decreased after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the decreases were more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).The scores of Lindmark sensory function of partial limbs were significantly increased after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the increases were more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Regulating physical body and Shen acupuncture combined with wrist and ankle acupuncture has a good curative effect on partial body sensation disorder and it can improve motor function of the patients with post-stroke hemianesthesia.
