摘要
目的分析持续质量改进在疾控中心微生物检验管理领域的应用价值。方法选取2020年5月—2022年6月武汉市经济开发区(汉南区)疾病预防控制中心的微生物管理人员10名作为研究对象,2020年5月—2021年5月为管理前,应用常规管理模式;2021年6月—2022年6月为管理后,应用持续质量改进管理模式。探讨管理前后管理效果、安全事件发生率及管理满意度水平。结果管理后管理方法、及时管理、流程覆盖度及技能提升显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后安全卫生事件发生率(1.60%)显著低于管理前(6.60%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后管理满意度(100.00%)较管理前(60.00%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在疾控中心微生物检验管理中,应用持续质量改进管理模式既可提升管理质量,也可提升管理满意度,降低检验差错。
Objective To analyze the application value of continuous quality improvement in the field of microbiologi⁃cal test management in CDC.Methods 10 microbiological managers from the Center for Disease Control and Preven⁃tion of Wuhan Economic Development Zone(Hannan District)from May 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the re⁃search objects.From May 2020 to May 2021,before the management,the conventional management model was ap⁃plied.From June 2021 to June 2022,the continuous quality improvement management model will be applied after management.Explored the management effectiveness,safety incident incidence,and management satisfaction level of management before and after.Results The improvement in management methods,timely management,process cover⁃age,and skills after management were significantly higher than before management,the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(P<0.05).The incidence of safety and health incidents after management(1.60%)was significantly lower than before management(6.60%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,management sat⁃isfaction(100.00%)was higher than before management(60.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the microbiological testing management of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention,the ap⁃plication of continuous quality improvement management mode can not only improve management quality,but also im⁃prove management satisfaction and reduce testing errors.
