合作联盟视角下点对点电力市场模式及行为演化 被引量:8

摘要 电力行业市场化改革和双碳目标的驱动下,分布式能源推广和区域能源互联网建设并进,兼具生产和消纳能力的产消者用户涌现,并形成点对点电力交易的市场模态。囿于自身能力限制,产消者群体以合作形式参与市场成为趋势,厘清产消者合作联盟与电网企业间的利益关系、明确其行为演化特征是市场健康有序发展的关键。从电力市场演进出发,引入基于Shapley分配的合作博弈,分析合作联盟视角下点对点市场主体可能的交易策略及潜在的利益关系,并构建产消者群体和电网两方博弈模型,分析利益驱使下主体行为策略演化。结合国内典型区域的行业数据进行数值仿真,验证了合作联盟达成的可能性和其对个体用户及电网收益提高的积极作用,为市场主体优化决策和市场高效发展提供参考。 Driven by the power industry market-oriented reform and the dual-carbon goals,the promotion of distributed energy and the construction of regional Energy Internet are advancing together.Prosumers with both the production and consumption capabilities are emerging,forming the point-to-point power trading market mode.Due to their capacity constraints,there has become a trend for prosumers to participate in the market in the form of cooperation.To promote the orderly and healthy development of the power market,it is crucial to clarify the interest relationship between the prosumer-cooperative alliance and the power grid,and to specify their behavior evolution.Starting from the evolution of the power market,this paper introduces the cooperative game based on the Shapley distribution,and analyzes the possible trading strategies and the potential interest relationships of the point-to-point market players from the perspective of cooperative alliances.Then this paper constructs a two-party game model between the prosumer group and the power grid to analyze the evolution of their behavior strategies driven by the interests.Combined with the industry data of the typical region in China,the numerical simulation verifies the possibility of the cooperative alliance and its positive effect on the improvement of the individual prosumers’and the power grid’s incomes,which provides references for the optimization decision-making of the market subjects and the efficient development of the market.
