香菇多糖联合TX方案对蒽环类耐药晚期三阴性乳腺癌患者毒副反应程度、免疫功能、COX-2及TOPOⅡα的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨香菇多糖联合TX方案对蒽环类耐药晚期三阴性乳腺癌患者毒副反应程度、免疫功能、环氧化酶-2(COX-2)、拓扑异构酶Ⅱα(TOPOⅡα)的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月我院收治的80例蒽环类耐药晚期三阴性乳腺癌患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用TX方案(多西他赛+卡培他滨)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加香菇多糖治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的毒副反应程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白细胞分化抗原4阳性(CD4^(+))、白细胞分化抗原4阳性/白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))高于对照组,白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD8^(+))及糖类抗原125(CA125)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原19-9(CA-19-9)、环氧化酶-2(COX-2)、TOPOⅡα水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论香菇多糖联合TX方案不仅能够减轻蒽环类耐药晚期三阴性乳腺癌患者的毒副反应程度,提高免疫功能,还能调节肿瘤标志物水平与COX-2、TOPOⅡα水平,值得应用及推广。 Objective To investigate the effects of lentinan combined with TX regimen on the degree of toxic side effects,immune function,cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)and topoisomeraseⅡα(TOPOⅡα)in patients with anthracycline-resistant advanced triple-negative breast cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with anthracycline-resistant advanced triple-negative breast cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with TX regimen(docetaxel+capecitabine),and the observation group was treated with lentinan on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The degree of toxic side effects in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cluster of differentiation 4 positive(CD4^(+))and cluster of differentiation 4 positive/cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD8^(+))and the levels of carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA-19-9),COX-2 and TOPOⅡαwere lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lentinan combined with TX regimen can not only reduce the degree of toxic side effects in patients with anthracycline-resistant advanced triple-negative breast cancer,improve immune function,but also regulate the level of tumor markers and the levels of COX-2 and TOPOⅡα,which is worthy of application and promotion.
